David earned his Masters in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University, in Allendale, Michigan. He served as a Cadaver Dissection Instructor while at Grand Valley State, and has been in practice as a Physical Therapist since 1997. He was previously a Lead Physical Therapist at Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont, Michigan and is currently in private practice and a Lymph Drainage Therapy I Instructor for The Upledger Institute, Inc. Mr. Doubblestein has also successfully completed Bruno Chikly, M.D.'s Lymphedema/CDP Certification Program through The Upledger Institute, Inc. The certification signifies advanced skill in the application of complex decongestive physiotherapy (CDP) in the treatment of lymphedema. |
