Celebrate International CranioSacral Therapy Awareness Month in April 1999
|
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLA. – The UI Institute, Inc. and CranioSacral Therapy practitioners around the world are planning public service and community activities for April 1999, which has been designated as International CranioSacral Therapy Awareness Month.
"Setting aside an entire month to focus attention on CranioSacral Therapy opens up limitless possibilities for informing the public, insurers and government officials of CranioSacral Therapy's efficacy and benefits," says John Matthew UI, The Institute's C.E.O.
To assist the more than 50,000 CranioSacral Therapy practitioners in 56 countries in this effort, The UI Institute has developed a public relations kit with suggested activities, tips and materials including a fact sheet and sample news release. Grassroots efforts such as health lectures and complimentary craniosacral system evaluations also will be offered to help expand awareness of CranioSacral Therapy. In November, The Institute mailed kits to instructors, advanced-level alumni and certified practitioners. Additional kits are available on request to UI Institute-trained CranioSacral Therapy practitioners while the supply lasts. Elements of the kit also will be available from The Institute's website at www.UI.com.
