Melinda Roland M.A,P,T.,L.Ac.,O.M.D.,
holds a B.A. in Psych from UCSB, an MA in
Physical Therapy from Stanford U., and a
doctorate in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture.
In addition, she has studied extensively
with the internationally known homeopath,
Ananda Zaren. She has taught for The Upledger
Institute since 1988. Dr. Roland's unique
approach to patient care combines her extensive
background in orthopedic and manual therapy,
oriental medicine, CranioSacral Therapy
and SomatoEmotional Release, homeopathy
and energetic healing. Her goal is healing
from the core with attention to and balancing
of body, mind and spirit. She describes
her work and the teaching of CST as her
contribution to world peace. " Each
